If you regularly use the footpath between Glan Rhyd and Birchgrove, you will have noticed that FOHLNR have installed a bench close to the noticeboards.
Unfortunately, it was extremely muddy so unless you had boots on you couldn’t use it without getting mud all over your shoes. This morning a group of volunteers dug out the mud and have put some chippings in.
They are a bit loose at the moment, but with this rain I’m sure it won’t be long before it’s very firm. I hope that you enjoy sitting and taking in the view, all be it wet at the moment.
